INGREDIENTS
Whole Goat Milk Powder*1 39.8%, Maltodextrin*, Vegetable Oils* (Sunflower Oil*, Rapeseed Oil*), Starch*, Lactose*, Calcium Hydroxide, Calcium Citrate, Algal Oil2, L-Cystine, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Chloride, Vitamin C, L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosine, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Iron Lactate, Vitamin E, Iron Sulfate, Zinc Sulphate, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid.
Instructions
Preparation for all powdered formulas (also consistent with US FDA guidelines):
- Boil water and allow water to cool down to 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50 °C)
- Pour in 2/3 of the total necessary amount of boiled water into a clean and sterilized bottle
- Using the scoop provided with your formula (as scoop sizes vary by brand), and add the correct number of leveled scoops of powder (1 leveled scoop of powder per 1 oz / 30ml of water)
- Close the bottle with the nipple and cap and shake vigorously to mix
- Add the remaining 1/3 of the water to the bottle and shake again
- Cool to drinking temperature (approximately 98 degrees Fahrenheit or ~ 37 °C) and ALWAYS test the temperature of the milk before feeding to avoid scalding or burning of your little one
NOTE: Although many users reported no negative consequences in using distilled water without boiling it, we do not recommend this approach, as per US FDA guidelines.

Please Note:
- Once the inner foil bag containing your formula has been opened, use it within 2-3 weeks. Do not store in areas with high humidity or heat.
- Please consume the formula within one hour of its preparation. Any unused prepare formula should be discarded within one hour.
- Please do not microwave bottles or formula.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages:
If you received damaged products, please provide a photo of the product you have received for our identification purposes. We will send you a shipping label and schedule a pickup of the merchandise.
Once we receive your product, we will ship a replacement to you immediately (provided it is in stock). If the product is not readily in stock, we will refund your payment, and the credit will appear on your statement within 72 hours.
Incorrect products:
We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please email us immediately with your order number and attach a photo of the item you did receive so that we may help identify the mistake. We will send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup. If we have the correct item in stock, we will ship it to you once the incorrect item is received. If the correct item is no longer available, we will credit your original form of payment. Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
Return policy:
If you need to return the products you ordered, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your product is damaged, please include a photo of the damage so we can verify. Then, a return shipping label will be sent to you, and a carrier pick up will be scheduled.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your order, you can cancel it without penalty before 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time on the same day you placed your order. To make a cancellation request, please contact us via email as soon as possible.
