Please note any overseas buyers - customs duties and tax the buyer has to pay are the responsibility of the buyer. Ebay collect the VAT tax not me. Any queries or tax payments are between the buyer, ebay and your own customs office. I attached the required customs label as specified by ebay with all the details they say your customs department require.
I am sorry but I no longer ship to Italy due to continued problems with Italian customs taking 3-4 weeks to process U.K. mail.

We are a business seller and the fees are paid by us. You pay NO buyer protection fee.

Terms and conditions
A) I pride myself in keeping my postage and packing costs as close to cost as I can  and will where possible will combine postage costs for multiple purchases. I will not enter in to negotiations over postage costs. Each item is weighed and accurate postage displayed in the listing.

B) Ebays buyer protection compels me to send every parcel with tracking. I am sorry it’s slightly more expensive than standard post but generally safer.  I reserve the right to increase postage costs for “auction style listings” for items finishing over £150 hammer price and send via special delivery instead of 48 tracked. This cost will be passed onto the buyer.

C) Lost or damaged items - In the unlikely event of an item received damaged or being lost please email me. I will then make a claim on your behalf against the post office. I can claim only after 25 working days after posting and it can take up to 3 weeks for them to reply to the claim so please be patient. When we are refunded then you will be. No claim can be made for damaged china or glass (post office rules)and sent at buyers risk . Successful claims for loss will only reflect the value of the item as the post office will not refund postal charges.

D) Overseas buyers are wholly responsible for any customs duty or Import charges / Tariffs that they occur within their own country. Also it is the buyers responsibility to insure that any purchases comply with the receiving countries import laws in regard to restricted items.

NON PAYING BIDDERS After 7 days I will send a reminder invoice followed by a "non-paying bidder alert" and a non payer strike against the bidder.

REFUNDS I do not claim to be an expert on any subject. I try to describe all my items as accurately as possible. They are however SOLD AS SEEN. Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything BEFORE bidding.
