This look to me like a mid grade comic plus and the cover is not tight but still attached. this is a 52 page comic. staples are tight.I got this comic 50 years ago when I was a crazed comic book collector. I am still trying to feel out the market before putting up my vast majority of my collection. I quit collecting comics 30 years ago and now have the world's largest collection of Peyton Manning football cards.
