Very nice adjustable, high quality stem by Forte! Hardly used and gives you the ability to adjust from +40 Degrees to -30 Degrees! Hard to find 90mm length! Fits modern 31.8mm diameter handle bars but you can purchase spacers if yours are vintage and smaller!
