Condition is very good. Some foam previously melted into the sign, causing pock marks on the "Rickety Railroad" sign, making it look more...rickety. A couple small scuffs on the top of the house. Damage to the box (IDK if I've ever seen a D56 box that didn't have some damage). The lenticular sheet on the front is intact.  One of the bulbs was burnt out so we replaced BOTH bulbs.
