If you have any delivery instructions, please let us know in the order notes at checkout, or send an eBay message immediately after purchasing (for example, ‘ok to try neighbour’ or ‘ok to leave in porch’ etc)

If you do not give any delivery instructions and you miss your delivery, your goods will be returned to the depot as undelivered and it will be your responsibility to re-arrange the delivery or collect it from the depot / sorting office within FIVE WORKING DAYS. We have included some information and a link within our Terms & Conditions for managing your courier delivery should you need any help with this. If you fail to collect / re-arrange a delivery, the goods will be returned to us and you will be held liable for the return charge and any re-delivery costs should you ask us to re-send the order

Our free delivery by courier option is strictly only available to UK Mainland!

Due to remote surcharges, we are unable to offer free courier delivery to the Highlands of Scotland (AB31-38, AB40-56, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA21-78, PH4-50 & ZE), the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, or The Scilly Isles, and Northern Ireland. If you want us to deliver to any of these areas, a £10 per parcel supplement will apply (30kg maximum weight per parcel). Please contact us BEFORE ordering so that we can raise an invoice for the additional costs for delivery. If you place an order without paying the surcharge, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded in full.
