Suspension rod kit supports the wash tub and keeps it stable during unbalanced loads, reduces vibration and shaking.   
The suspension rods help to dampen the movement of the washer tub. If one or more of the suspension rods are broken, the washer will vibrate or shake.
When the washing machine has a large vibration imbalance or code error, it is better to check if the suspension rod kit works normally.

If your washing machine still vibrates after replacing the suspension rod, please check the following reasons:
1.  The washer load is unbalanced
2.  The leveling legs need to be adjusted
3.  The flooring is weak
4.  Something in the washer is broken
5.  The washer still has shipping bolts
6.  The customer may have read the wrong size and chose the wrong suspension rod.
7.  Customers may have received defective products.
