STAND IN GOOD SHAPE.  Missing a few of the bolts to mount to cabinet.  Easily replaced at hardware store.

Shipping can be greatly reduced if item is taken apart and shipped.  There would be a small fee for taking it apart, but it would save quite a bit on shipping.
