The item is from retired dentist office, in very good used condition. It is ~6-1/2" long, with weight - 0.9 oz. Very light cosmetic wear due to the use, or long storage/handling conditions. Could be previously sterilized & may have doted light cement filling residue. It was made in USA as stainless Schein SCL GRA 13/14 Double End Dental Gracey Curette instrument, from high quality stainless steel.  Nice instrument for endodontics work, and dentistry.
