WARRANTY INFORMATION
This product comes with 30-day parts warranty against any parts defect. AngelToner warrants that this product will perform in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered.

In the event of a defect or malfunction during the warranty period, AngelToner will decide whether:

(a) to remedy the defect free of charge with regard to parts and labor by making a repair.
(b) to replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.

Please note that the warranty does not include the following:
  • Consumables such as toners, drums, and fusers. This unit is being sold "as-is" with existing consumables installed at minimum of 30%.
  • Repairs that are not carried out or authorized by AngelToner.
  • Damage or failure to follow the safety instructions or the operating instructions, Acts of God, accidents, non-permissible or exceptional loading, erroneous handling, unauthorized modifications, or other effects caused by high voltage or current.
SHIPPING INFORMATIONRETURNS
For small printers and lighter items, our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We ship via UPS/USPS/FEDEX. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For heavy and oversized machines, we ship via LTL Freight. If you do not have a loading dock and require lift gate, inside delivery, or remote area delivery, please contact us before purchasing. These additional services are not included in the standard shipping charge.
We want nothing more than to ensure our customers are delighted with their purchases. At Angel Toner, we are firmly dedicated to guaranteeing a shopping experience that's as smooth as can be. 
  • We proudly offer a return policy that covers a period of 30 days from the date your order was delivered; if more than 30 days have passed since your order's delivery, we cannot offer you a refund anymore.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and partial refunds possible based on item condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUNDSCONTACT US
AngelToner does not offer refunds except under the following circumstances:

a) An item is either out-of-stock
b) Wrong product has been delivered
