This tea cake was produced back in year 2000 and the tea leaves used in making this tea cake were picked from the ancient aged old Qiaomu Wild Tea Leaves which were harvested from huge Qiaomu old tea trees which aged more than 200-300
years old in the Yiwu Mountain, Yunnan. This tea cake has its own unique identity due to made of specially selected wild tea leaves. In addition, this tea cake can be considered as collectables series as well due to its aged more than 10 years and its taste kept improving by giving significant strong after taste (bitter sweet) This Kai Yuan Raw tea cake have been recognized as of the best one Raw YiWu Mountain Qiaomu tea cake of the year, by tea experts and tea lovers . Moreover , this tea cake was recorded in one of the Puerh tea Yearbook which records on the Best of Pu-erh Tea from (1998-2003). This tea was kept in huge porcelain pot for aging hence its taste is very clean and pure without any savour aroma or taste, astringency is good, bitter taste is not strong due to aged more than 15 years.
To brew this 2000 YiWu Kai Yuan Aged Puer Pu-erh Puerh Tea Cake(Raw) - Malaysia Dry Storage, you must control the water temperature, which will greatly impact on the aroma and taste of the tea soup. Pu’er Tea requires boiling water of around 95℃～100℃. The amount of tea to be brew will depends on your personal preference, my recommended proportion is 3-5 grams tea with 150 milliliters of hot boiling water.According to the tradition Gongfu tea brewing method, in order to further enhance the tea purer aroma, it is necessary to wash the tea with first brew,which is pour out the boiled water immediately for the first time. The speed must be quick so the tea would not be over brewed.
Generally, Puerh Tea has no expiration date and is recommended to be stored in a long period (dry storage condition) as its taste will improve overtime as a result of natural oxidation and fermentation process. Fragrance is unique, gentle and tasty, the soup color is red and dense and bright. The sweet characteristic that flavor gose back Mellowly. The ones that drank ate very cool, thirst- quenching, help digest, dispel the fatigue.
