Macy's New York - Especially Made in Italy for Macy's (some years ago) - Unique Brown Leather Saddlebag Style Shoulder Bag with Matching Suede Trim (photos # 3,4, 7-10) and Smooth Leather Interior. The  Front Flap has a faux belt with buckle and six 1.25" deep Hand-Fashioned Mini-Pockets on the exterior (photo # 3) and on the inside of the Flap is a 3" deep x 10.5" long leather pouch (photo # 4); the Flap is secured by a magnetic catch.  The beige leather interior is 7.5" deep x 10" long and has a zippered 4" deep x 7" long sub-compartment (photos # 11 & 12). The 3/4" wide matching leather and suede strap has an adjustable 13" to 16.5" drop.   Made by an Italian Craftsman.
