Shown as #3 in the picture that shows all four levers, it includes the original pot-metal lever, stamped steel lever tip & plastic lever slide, all in good condition.  Bead-blasted and clear-coated.  Ready to install & use.  Only the #3 lever shown in the first picture is included.
