Item is 18.5 inches long and 1-3/4" tall and 1/4" thick. Weight is movable and removable.

From an Estate sale where I rescued it from a trip to the scrap yard.  Got bored and polished it up getting off some splattered paint and years of patina.  Could be repurposed into something for the right mindset person.
