Wheels and Forks NOT INCLUDED
2007 Norco SIX SE Full Suspension MTB Frame for Enduro, Downhill, Freeride, Jumps, Drops
Update: “newer” 2014/2015 Marzocchi Roco TST R shock with NukeProof Spring now installed. No longer the red shock.
Items Included in this listing: frame with rear shock (just installed a different shock, new bushings and mounting bolts), includes new (seat post, quick release collar, and aluminum headset with sealed bearings).
17” frame measured from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube, for 26” wheels/tires. Stand-over height may be around 30-32"
Frame is aluminum with gussets, strong and durable.
Has what looks like an anodized Champagne Silver finish with a light shot peened texture. With rear shock it weighs about 10 lbs. This was the top of the line frame of the SIX series MSRP$5300 back in 2007.
Surface scratches, wear around bottom bracket, some cable wear, and tire rub. Other than that I don’t think I saw any dents or cracks that I know of.
The red 2009 Marzocchi Roco TST R Shock has been replaced with a 2014/2015 model, black shock of the same model with what looks like good almost new seals, NukeProof coil spring with spring perch spacers and new bushings. The shock is 8.5” eye to eye with a 2.5" total stroke. Brand new, correct length, mounting hardware now installed.
The frame pivot bearings and bushings seem smooth and ok.

Front derailleur required if you wanted to mount one: 31.8mm bottom pull top swing style

Chain stay length center of dropout to center of BB: 16 3/4”

Max seat tube insertion (shock interference): ~6”-7”
I tried mocking up the frame with a long travel fork of about 150mm total stroke with a stem, seat post and wheels. And then later with the black Rocco shock with a Marzocchi 888 200mm DH fork and the telescoping seat post. And latest with the Rock Shox BoXXer R2C2 that I also have listed for sale.
The forks and wheels are not included.
This would be a good frame for a project enduro, vintage downhill, or freeride bike! It’s kind of on the heavy side but then, it’s overbuilt for downhill so a long travel fork or even those double crown downhill forks will work and look sick!
