The grips are in pretty good shape except the 5 iron grip is smooth. That 5 iron measures 38 inches. The 5 iron shaft is a it different than the other shafts but they all feel to be regular. The seven iron is a fill in for the missing PTP 7. This is a good set for a golfer on a budget.
