Free shipping anywhere in Canada.  For buyer located outside Canada, the only option is to go throug the eBay International Shipping Program.  I don`t see nor have control over the fees they are adding on the buyer`s final invoice, and there`s no way around it.  But once I ship it to their Canadian hub, they take care of the shipping and any custom/export fees and related paperwork for both of us, ensuring a smooth transaction.
