We are a registered Australian business who has been trading in CDs & DVDs for over 15 years. All of the products that are listed in our store are 100% official releases. We do not deal in bootlegs and cheap Asian imports.

We offer a huge range of Music CDs, Vinyl LPs, DVDs & BLURAY, music t-shirts & collectables. Our eBay store represents only a small percentage of the products we are able to source. If you are searching for a particular title and have been unable to find it, feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to source it for you. We have new deliveries coming in from the U.S. & U.K. almost daily. If you place a special order with us, we should be able to get it in the country within 5-10 days (depending on availability). 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is either defective or faulty, please contact us immediately with a description of the problem. We offer a 30 Day Exchange for all defective/faulty products. 

Most of the DVDs sold in our store are either REGION 1 or 2 format. This means that they are imported from the U.S. & U.K., and can only be played on DVD players that are either R1/R2 or Region Free. In general Australian DVD players are locked to Region 4, however more and more new DVD players sold these days are Multi Region compatible. We strongly recommend that you check your DVD player's Region code before purchasing as we are unable to refund purchases for incompatibility. Your DVD instructions manual should include the Region information for your DVD player. Alternatively if you email us your DVD player make & model, we will endeavour to find out for you.

Payment is required within 7 days of purchase. If for any reason you are unable to pay within 7 days, please contact us prior to bidding/buying. We are flexible with our payment terms for people who contact us first. We accept the following payment methods: PAYPAL, BANK DEPOSIT, MONEY ORDER & CASH ON PICKUP.

Orders can also be picked up from our office in Dandenong, VIC. If there is a particular order you would prefer to pick up, please call us before you BUY IT NOW to ensure the product is in stock.

Please note: Pickup orders must be paid by cash on pickup (strictly no Paypal for pickup orders)

All items are shipped through Australia Post.  For domestic deliveries within Australia we offer Regular, eParcel & Express eParcel services. We strongly recommend you select the eParcel or Express eParcel service as they can be tracked online through the Australia Post tracking website. 

International deliveries are sent through Australia Post Regular Airmail. This service does not include a tracking number. For security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend that our international customers register their orders. For a fee of $8.50, the package is insured and also trackable. We also offer EMS Express Courier for international deliveries.

We offer combined shipping on multiple orders. If you purchase several items from our store, please request a combined invoice prior to making payment. 

Goods being shipped to the following countries must be registered: India, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Columbia, Afghanistan, Russian Federation, Turkey, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Oman & Qatar.
