Vintage: I have see 1960's vintage Miami Fun Festival brochures, and they have color. I think this black and white version dates to the 1950's.
Condition: The brochure has some scuffing on the right front side. I see some small holes several places on the folds. Minor edge wear, some corner bumping and overall yellowing typical of a paper item of this vintage.
