A very rare publication of the 7th Infantry brigade of the 4th Division of the US AEF during and after the war with Germany in WW1.  The 7th included the 11th machine gun battalion, along with the 39th and 47th Infantry.

The 7th IB's main engagement of WW2 was the Meuse-Argonne offensive in Sept.- November of 1918.  They occupied Adenau after the end of the war.

VERY rare, I can find no other examples online.
