【Difference Between AHA, BHA, PHA & LHA】

• AHA: Alpha Hydroxy Acids, a group of acids including glycolic, lactic, tartaric, citric, malic, and mandelic acids, suitable for extremely dry and rough skin like keratosis pilaris. AHAs are water-soluble and act on the skin's surface. They are small molecular acids that quickly penetrate the skin, making it more sensitive to sunlight. AHAs are highly stimulating acids.
• BHA: Beta Hydroxy Acids, a group including salicylic acid and citric acid, ideal for oily skin types. BHAs are fat-soluble and penetrate deeper into the skin than AHAs, unclogging pores and reducing oil production.
