Very possibly the first club Madonna performed at outside of NYC.

On September 24 1983, Madonna performed Physical Attraction, Everybody, Holiday and Burning Up at Uncle Sam’s Club in Levittown, New York. Her First album had just been released July 27, 1983

Holiday was released as a single on Sept 7, 1983 and reached No. 1 on Billboard’s dance club chart the day of this show!!
