Vintage party barware pair from Japan - a 9" long spoon and garnish fork with clear handles.  Embedded in each handle is a tiny pearl oyster shell, seaweed and a pearl. 

Normal-use scuffs and scratches as shown in the pictures.  The metal is rough especially on the fork as shown.  Some impressed areas on the spoon lucite are pointed out.  No chips, cracks, stains, distortion nor loose joints.
