This is a pendant bail for a pendant. The bail is gold tone metal with a smooth finish. It is 9/16" in diameter, without the loop. It will hold a rope style chain up to just under 1/8" in diameter. There is no jump loop. However, if I have a matching one upon the sale of this item, I will include it. There are no makers marks. Thank you.
