shop foundry made part, not an easy part to make. quite a few hours were spent making sure each part looks and fits just right.  sand casted from an original using high quality aluminum, such as a 4-stroke engine, or a car water pump. sanded, slotted, drilled and abrasive blasted. also, top and bottom flats were machined.  ready for paint and install. made for the Southbend heavy10 lathe taper attachment. this part is not a 3D printed plastic toy; it is strong and beefy, like the old days. once painted, it will be hard to tell it's a duplicate.
