Stunning, petite antique brooch depicting a framed portrait of a pretty lady with a sailor collar. She looks like she's on vacation at the beach. Exquisitely rendered in astonishing detail in chiefly green, blue and brown hues. Guilloche enameling. C-clasp closure. This piece appears partially signed--with a plus sign and what appears to be another letter, a dash, and an "L."  Approximately 3/4" x 1/2". We judge this little beauty to be Victorian or Art Nouveau.
