1. PRODUCT ORIGIN?
All of our products are made in Taiwan.

2. MOQ?
a. MOQ is not the same for different products.
b. The MOQ of small part is 500pcs, while the MOQ of the big part is 100pcs. It depends on the value and volume.
c. Order amount less than USD5,000, we would charge additional USD50 to cover bank service charge at our side.

3. DELIVERY TIME?
Delivery time depends on the actual orders, usually it is 30-60 days after receiving deposit.

4. HAVE THE PRODUCTS PASSED ANY CERTIFICATIONS?
All our products are certification guaranteed. We can provide commercial inspection certification, certification of origin, GS, ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.

5. DO WE PROVIDE SAMPLE SERVICE?
a. We provide free sample if the cost is under $10 USD which customer bears the freight charges.
b. Clients’ sample is welcome. We are able to produce the specific products according to your sample.
c. If you do not find the product you need, tell us detailed information, we have the ability to design and manufacture as requested.

6. WHAT IS THE PACKAGE FOR PRODUCTS?
a. QTY less than MOQ: neutral package or our box package.
b. QTY more than MOQ: our package or according to client’s requirement.
c. Shipping Mark: normal mark or according to client’s requirement.
