This auction is for a **PARTS REPAIR* Vintage Lionel O 8213 Rio Grande 2-4-2 Steam Locomotive & Tender. The locomotive is missing a headlight and the bell. The bottom wheels move freely by hand ( would assume there is something wrong, as most locomotives you can’t move wheels). So sold for parts only. There is something rattling inside the tender, missing a set of wheels. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
