CVS Health True Metrix Go Meter Kit is a self-monitoring glucose test kit. This is a small machine that gives you the independence to test your glucose levels at home. It is quick, easy, and compact.

Included in the package are the True Metrix Go self-monitoring meter, an installed 3V battery, lancing device (works with most lancets), 10 sterile lancets, instructions, a logbook for you to keep track of your results, and a compact carrying case. This is used with True Metrix self-monitoring blood glucose test strips that must be purchased separately. The True Metrix Go has advanced event tagging. It can detect if you are testing before or after a meal, if you have exercised, if you are sick, if you have taken medications, or other events that might arise. This helps you combine your testing management with your lifestyle.
