with Deal Manufacturers! We appreciate your business! We want to make sure that
you have a great and rewarding experience during shopping and after, while you
are evaluating and enjoying the products you have purchased. As always, there
are terms & conditions while purchasing with Deal Manufacturer . All
customers are required to agree with our store policies, privacy policy, &
terms of use when placing an order.
GENERAL POLICIES
1.
9% Sales Tax will be
added to your total amount if you are a resident of California. This is a law
and cannot be avoided by both parties.
2.
We require Adult
Signature on orders over $200.00.
3.
Payment must be approved
and not "pending" for us to ship your item. You will receive a
confirmation e-mail when your payment goes through.
4.
Once an order has been
placed & payment has gone through, we CANNOT cancel an order, due to prompt
shipping. Our orders are automatically sent straight to the stocking &
shipping department, ready for pickup. Due to the nature of this process, we
honor the 14-day return policy and you may return the package to us. We do
suggest our customers to please research the item before buying and to be
responsible buyers so an accidental order cannot be placed. (Please see Returns
& Exchanges)
5.
We reserve the right to
hold shipments up to 3 days for any suspicious orders for payment verification.
6.
IF THE ORIGINAL BOX DOES
NOT COME WITH THE RETURN, a $15.00 FEE will need to be deducted from refund or
will need to be reimbursed to Deal Manufacturer in the case of an exchange.
Please try to keep the original box!
SHIPPING
1.
We offer FREE SHIPPING
to any -Physical Address- in the Continental US. We also offer Free Insurance
up to $100.00 USD. If a customer decides to return the item, customer will
shoulder the cost of return to us with a valid tracking number.
2.
Once payment has been
cleared, item(s) will be shipped that same business day or the next business
day after.
3.
All of our items are
shipped USPS, UPS, or DHL Global Mail with a tracking number, unless noted. If
we do not send you an e-mail and/or you do not see the tracking number on your
order status, please contact us.
4.
If the package is sent
to an undeliverable address and/or the buyer has moved, the buyer must reimburse
Deal Manufacturer for the shipping charges. If they want us to send it back to
them, they will need to pay for both freight charges: Shipping to an
undeliverable address and Shipping it back to them at the right address. These
payments will be deducted from the refund if the buyer chooses a refund
instead. (Note: Return Policy #6)
5.
If you are a resident of
Hawaii, Alaska, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Canada, Guam or any APO/FPO
addresses -- please contact us BEFORE bidding/buying for the correct shipping
quote. We will not ship your item unless you have paid the correct postage
amount.
6.
Any fees -- such as:
Taxes, Duties, or Brokerage fees for items shipped outside the US is the
buyer's full responsibility.
7.
In case the item is not
in stock at the time of the order and doesn't ship within the next business
day, we will contact the buyer to resolve the issue.
8.
We do not declare any
other value other than the actual value of the item for international orders.
9.
We are not responsible
for any lost packages that are being returned to us. It is the customer's
responsibility to obtain a tracking # and insurance. We must be notified by
e-mail upon returning an item.
RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY
Deal Manufacturer will
accept returns for items within 30 days of purchase (original order), for
either exchange of the same item or refund following these guidelines:
1.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT
TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES TO
AND FROM OUR FACILITY. WE DO NOT REFUND ANY SHIPPING COSTS. THERE ARE NO
EXCEPTIONS.
2.
We will not refund any
shipping charges. Please note that only the price of the purchase is
refundable. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees
for the item. We do offer Free Shipping, which means we're covering the
shipping costs on behalf of the buyer. This only applies to customers who
decide to keep their item indefinitely. But if the customer insists on a
refund, the shipping cost -will- be deducted from the refund. There are no
exceptions.
3.
Damaged Items claims
have to be made within 7 days of delivery or claims will be voided.
4.
Damaged packages should
be reported to the carrier driver and be refused. (Please read: #7)
5.
Returned / Exchanged
items must be in original factory condition, include all: accessories,
packaging materials, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable, and must not
be filled out).
6.
All returns must include
a copy of the original packing slip/invoice along with your order number.
7.
If shipment is denied /
refused by the recipient for any reason - buyer must pay for shipment from Deal
Manufacturer to recipient, then from recipient back to Deal Manufacturer due to
refusal of the package. Free shipping for items are paid by Deal Manufacturer on
behalf of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
PLEASE
NOTE: Denied package(s) has a carrier fee! (USPS or UPS or DHL). The shipping
amounts will be deducted from the refund. If the customer still wants the item,
they are responsible for the shipping charges to send it back to them.
8.
Deal Manufacturer is not
responsible for return shipping cost. Customer is responsible to ship the item
back for us for returns. If there has been an error on our part, we will take
responsibility for shipping cost in the event of an exchange.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1.
We cannot control
defects but in case of any, we will take all efforts to resolve the issue in a
timely manner.
2.
To ensure that you are
properly credited, please contact Customer Service for a Return/Exchange
Authorization Number (RMA #) within 30 days from purchase by E-mailing us :
You -MUST- have a valid Authorization Number that matches your account
before any returns/exchanges are accepted. RMA # or approved return IS ONLY
VALID FOR 10 DAYS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA

3.
Please make sure to
securely pack the item(s) using the original packaging material. Make sure to
include all: Accessories , Peripherals, Manuals, Warranty Cards that may apply
to your item. Item must match internal serial with our item database. If any
items are missing, Deal Manufacturer will need to be compensated for the
missing items. Please remember that the items are still your property, so we
are not responsible for any damages caused due to shipping.
4.
Please write the RMA
#/reference PO# provided by our Customer Service Representative outside the
mailing box where it is legible. Please DO NOT write on the actual item box.
5.
Make sure to fill out
the RMA Form in full. Please make sure to fill out ALL fields or your return
will be denied by our exchange department and sent back to you, on your
expense.
6.
After filling out the
form, please copy the form and e-mail a copy to : Please make sure to
send us the original copy of the RMA form & Original invoice WITH your
item(s).
7.
We must be informed if
the item is defective within 7 days upon delivery.
8.
If a refund is
requested, we will issue it within 3-5 business days once we receive the
item(s) in question. Please allow your bank/credit card company 1-2 weeks to
process the funds back to your account.
9.
No refunds will be
issued for returns without a VALID RMA # or reference of approval for the item
to be returned, all original packaging, Manuals and Accessories.
10.
In order for us to
process the refund/exchange, the serial # on the item, must match on the box
and on our internal system, otherwise we do not accept the return and the
customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item back to them.
Returns must be in a “like new” condition.
11.
Deal Manufacturer
accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. It is the
customer's responsibility to obtain a tracking #. We must be notified by e-mail
upon returning an item. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
If the item is past the
30-Day Money Back / Returns but has an active warranty (1 year or 90 Day), we
can help you!
Manufacturer Warranties:
If the item comes with a
manufacturer warranty, customer must contact the manufacturer and go by their
policies. We are not responsible for the warranty in those cases.
Warranties:
If the item comes with
an Deal Manufacturer warranty, please follow the instructions below:
1.
Customer MUST pay for
shipping the item back to us for replacement/repair and back to the customer.
2.
Please make sure to note
how long the warranty is for. If it's 90 Days, warranty starts 90 days from the
-date of purchase-. If it's 1 year, it is 365 days from the date of purchase.
Once the warranty has expired, the warranty is null and void.
3.
Please contact our
customer service for a RMA number. Please follow the instructions on the RMA
form to send your item back to us for replacement/repair.
4.
Once the item is back at
our facility, please give us 7-14 days to process your warranty return or
repair. Repairs may take up to 30 days depending on the product.
CAR AUDIO / CAR PRODUCTS
1.
Once car audio/car parts
have been opened and installed, Deal Manufacturer cannot issue a refund.
Defective items can only be sent back for repair.
Mobile PHONES/TABLETS
1.
If you would like a
return on a Mobile Phones/Tablets, it can only be returned for a refund if the
box and cellphone/tablets has not been opened and ALL original seals are
intact.
2.
Defective cellphones
must be sent back for an exchange within 14 days of purchase, only if there is
no physical damage or scratches. It must be in "like new" condition
unless the listing condition says otherwise. Mobile/Tablet must have no signs
of physical usage and cannot be registered. For mobile/tablets, we are
not responsible if the unit is not compatible with your network which includes:
Picture Messaging, SMS/Text, and other phone to network functionality.
3.
We are not responsible
for any carrier network. Please take some time to research the mobile/tablet
before buying. New and old models of any mobile and tablet units will have
their own incompatibilities that might arise and we request our customers to
diligently study the unit/model before making the purchase.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR STANDARD 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
1.
We cannot accept any
returns of any products that has obvious physical/internal damage to the item
and is missing any manufacturer accessories/parts.
2.
The serial number on the
unit MUST MATCH the serial number on the box, warranty card, and the serial
number from our own unique ID internal system. If they do not match, we will
not accept your return and is VOID.
3.
Deal Manufacturer has
the right to cancel/refuse any order due to a typographical error and we are
not responsible for any price/or product typographical errors.
Please note that Buyer's
from Alaska, Hawaii & all US Protectorates will request invoice first
before paying the item in order to provide accurate shipping fee. If you have
