NOTE: All Megan Racing Exhaust and Suspension products are deemed for "closed course, off-highway use only"-- please check local laws regarding the modification of the exhaust systems by checking the vehicle code for your state. Many states are more stringent on exhaust modification laws and to pass SMOG. Please check your local laws.
All Megan Racing exhaust system components will alter and affect the vehicle's overall sound in pitch and volume. All to which is subjective in manner. Megan Racing will not claim responsibility and/or accept returns based on an individual's personal preference.
We may either ship through USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our own discretion.

Return policy:
When receiving your package, please open all of the boxes immediately to check if all the contents are inside and not damaged. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 business days from the day the packaged is delivered. If the package appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating that the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.
If the product received is defective, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. If you decide to return the defective item, rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed (15-50% depending on the item) and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Also, returned products must be in its original packaging which allows us to re-sell the product. We will refuse any damaged or products that are not in good condition.
If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. They will inform you on how to proceed based on their policies.
If you are unhappy in any way, please contact us through eBay messages. We will provide you instructions on how and where to return the product.
