Condition is good. They've been used of course. We've cleaned them and added a little leather conditioner. Here's what we didn't completely correct (all of this is pictured):
Light pilling on both heels. (We could have shaved this but wanted to show you the wear of the cloth.)
One lace is frayed on the ends.
Red marks in the white on the inside from rubbing while walking.
