Simplicity 1690. Vintage Pattern to sew the dresses with sleeve options shown on the envelope front. This is a rare pattern.

There are some condition issues. The envelope is tattered to the point that some of the sizing information is missing on the back, but the yardage and measurements for this size are visible.
