Change of Mind

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for all postage costs related to returns due to incorrect selection or change of mind.

 Faulty or Damaged Items

·         If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

·         We will assess the returned item and then arrange for a replacement or refund if item is found to be faulty / damaged.

Packaging

We are doing our part for the planet, so packaging may be recycled or re-used and may not be in the original box / packaging.
