- We cannot accept for credit any part which has been worked upon altered or painted.
- If parts ordered by mistake, we will be only able to refund without handling charge if we are told before the item is dispatched. Anything after dispatched will be refused.
Returns Policy
All Parts incorrectly ordered or no longer required must be returned within 14 days. The buyer accepts all postage costs for returning of the parts and re-sending of the correct parts.
All parts must be checked on delivery and will need a signature upon delivery. Any damaged items should be noted with us and the driver on delivery. If goods are damaged it should be sent back with the delivery driver.
Any damaged items should be reported to us on the day of the delivery, anything after we will not be able to claim therefore may refuse the return.
If the parts incorrectly ordered by the buyer or are no longer required and buyer requires a refund, then buyer will have to pay a handling charge of 20%.
Please note when returning goods they must be well packed and in original condition and packaging. We can’t send replacements or give refunds until the original item has been returned to us. Once returned it will be inspected to for damages.
When returning the goods please mark your ebay username on the packaging to prevent delay in resolving the matter.
