Bifidobacterium Bifidum or B. Bifidum is a type of probiotic (good bacteria) that is found in the intestines. Bifidobacterium Bifidum produces lactic and acetic acid in the gut which can help break down food & absorb nutrients. B. Bifidum can be found in small doses in yogurt & fermented foods such as kimchi & miso.
