Combined shipping available on multiple cards. Combined shipping costs are based on weight comparable to USPS. 

No more than two (2) cards will be shipped in one paper white envelope (PWE). Three (3) or more cards will be shipped in a bubble mailer and will result in an increase of the combined shipping costs.
