This Vintage collector set has fluid feel and the arrow up the back of the hosel. It requires more info. This model was the premier Wilson set for forged blade collectors and players. I bought them at least 40 years ago intending to play them, but quickly I realized they were short. I decided that I would either re-shaft or extend the original shafts but never got to it. The clubs came to me with the full cord grips and I have never removed one to see if my theory is correct. I think the previous owner cut off the wooden end plugs and put on new grips and tried them. Finding that too short clubs hit too short shots he simply sold them to me and I naively did not check the lengths before buying them. For display this set is just fine. To play them, you would likely have the same problem I did. Expect to spend some money and/or effort if you are going to play them. The 5 iron is just under 36 inches and the 9 iron is 34 inches. The cord grips are actually playable, but they might disintegrate at any moment. It is likely that this set did not come with a matching wedge as that was often true during the forties and fifties.
