In very good spares / repair condition - but not mint - may have the odd mark, scratch, blemish, bit of rust, signs of wear etc - as you would expect from a used part. NB....cosmetically good engine (minus starter motor) taken from unfinished project I am breaking. Previous owner told me engine was running when he started the project - but it smoked a bit - which he reckoned was valve stem seals. Fins are good. No snapped exhaust studs. Turns with compression but I've not tried to start it - hence selling as spares / repair.

Please study photo's carefully for condition.
