I bought a size youth and an adult for my HS fast pitch daughter because the sizing information was all over the place on these guards. The youth ended up working fine, and it was the only one we opened. I forgot to return this adult size before the return deadline. It’s never been opened. I do recommend someone with bigger arms or a true adult. This will be too big for a smaller person.
