The New York Red Book 1944 Williams Press Inscription Senator E J Coughlin NY

There is an inscription by Senator Edward J Coughlin to a Joseph Schumabacker (?). Coughlin was a New York senator during the early 1940's. There is also one of his name cards and his library stamp is on the inside cover.

The cover and inside pages are clean and the binding is tight.  Spine ends show shelf wear. There is a name stamp on inside cover and an inscription on the first white page.
