To make a stuffed burger with the Andrew James Quarter Pounder Burger Press add approx ⅓ of the meat into the lower half of the press and use your fingers or the back of a spoon to create a well in the centre of the mixture. Add in your filling, e.g. cheese and onion, then cover with the remaining meat mixture before pressing down with the top of the burger maker to seal the filling inside.
