The patented Multicut is a very unique steel that enables the user to both sharpen and hone a knife edge. With seven fine cut steels in one, the extent of abrasion on the cutting edge varies based on the pressure applied to the sharpening steel blade. Ideal for enhancing the sharpness and longevity of knives with varying degrees of wear.
