Return Policies
Brown's Linens is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply include a copy of your receipt along with a note stating the reason for return, and if you want a refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned in brand new condition with all original labels.
• Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item(s).
• Please package items carefully so that they will not be damaged during shipping.
• Please use a carrier that will insure all packages and has tracking capabilities.

Shipping Policies

FREE SHIPPING applies to orders shipped within the continental US only.  All other must e-mail for there shipping costs as additional shipping will apply.
  We ship most orders by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders under 1 pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. International orders are shipped via the US Post Office.

All buyers should supply both a street address, and your PO Box if applicable.  Please don't forget to include your apt. # or suite # if applicable.  If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
