Replacement Cases – Please Read Before Purchasing

You are welcome to mix and match cases from any of our listings. We carry replacement cases for many consoles and handheld systems. As long as your total order includes 2 or more cases, we will bundle your items together and upgrade the shipping to a tracked service at no additional cost.

📬 Orders for 1 Case – Important Shipping Information

Single-case orders are shipped using regular postal mail without tracking. The case is sent through standard “snail mail” in a bubble mailer rather than as a traditional package.

Because of USPS postage requirements, single-case orders may be subject to additional postage depending on your location. If USPS determines that additional postage is required, the package may arrive postage due, and the buyer will be responsible for paying the postage difference upon delivery. In some cases, USPS may refuse delivery and return the package to us.

Based on our experience, single-case orders have approximately a 50/50 chance of requiring additional postage, depending on the destination.

If you are comfortable with this possibility, we are happy to ship a single case.

California Buyers: We are unable to ship single cases to California using standard “snail mail.” California orders must include 2 or more cases. Single-case California orders will be cancelled.

📦 IMPORTANT – Case Shipped May Differ From Picture

You will not necessarily receive the exact case pictured in the listing. We have a large supply of replacement cases, and individual cases may vary slightly in appearance.

All cases are guaranteed to:

• Properly hold the disc(s)

• Fasten securely at the top and bottom

• Be free of broken or cracked hinges

• Have no major rips or chips

Because these are used replacement cases, please do not expect them to look brand new.

⭐ Used / Good Condition

Most cases are in good overall condition but may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as:

• Light scratches or scuff marks

• Minor dents or surface imperfections

• Minor sticker or adhesive residue

• Occasionally, UPC labels or manufacturer/retailer stickers may still be present

Some cases have been previously used or acquired from various sources and may show normal signs of use.

Cases are selected based on availability and are not hand-picked for specific cosmetic quality upon request.

If you require a case in brand-new condition, please purchase from one of our listings specifically advertised as “Brand New.”

🏈 Sports / Affiliate Logo Cases

Some cases may have originally been used for games featuring sports or affiliate stickers/logos on the front, such as WWE, MLB, NFL, NBA, etc.

These stickers may still be present, and some cases may have minor sticker residue or a visible “shadow” where a sticker was previously attached.

⚠️ PLEASE READ – USED CASES

These are used, unbroken replacement cases, not brand-new cases.

Scratches and other surface imperfections can be much more noticeable when there is no cover artwork inside the case. While we guarantee that you will not receive a broken case, normal surface scratches and signs of previous use should be expected.

We do our best to select the nicer cases available and avoid cases with significant damage. However, we cannot guarantee a specific cosmetic condition or appearance.

Supply is very limited, so once these cases are gone, availability may be limited.
