This book measures approximately 9.25" x 6.25" x 4" thick with 2204 pages and weighs approximately 6 lbs 11 oz. This is full of wonderful local ads for the cities listed prior as well as some for San Francisco. The original fold-out map is still attached at the back of the book and in good condition.
This is in good to fair condition based on the condition of the hardcover boards. The hardcover boards show lots of wear from age and handling. There is some tearing of the canvas at corners and along the spine and top and bottom and separation between the hardcover boards and the spine as can be common for a book of this size and age. The interior pages are in very good condition as is the map.
