We accept change of mind returns up to 30 days from purchase. If you simply change your mind, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • The product is unused and The product is still in the original full sales packaging and is in a re-sellable condition.
  • Email us within 30 days of your purchase and provide your purchase details.
  • We will provide you with refund less postage & handling fee, if the item was sold with "Free Shipping" the actual postage & handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply and is at Oz Gun Mart's discretion.
  • If the item is returned is a used or not in a re-sellable condition, we will return the item to you at your cost.
