The most conniving Commander Raffine, Scheming Seer leads this based around attacking with as many creatures as possible to trigger Connive multiple times for lots of looting and +1/+1 counters. The deck is designed to break the parity of Connive with clever tricks, including Teferi's Ageless Insight to double the draw, and Bone Miser for all kinds of extra resources.

Most Commander decks are loaded with low-quality filler cards to keep costs down, which comes at the expense of power, performance, and ultimately fun.
