[How to use it]?
1. Practice wearing the mouthpiece: wear the mouthpiece on the upper gums, and use the sucking method to expel the air between the mouthpiece and the gums, so that the mouthpiece can cover the surface of the entire row of teeth. TIPS: Practice twice repeatedly, which is an important process in making mouthpieces.
2. Soften the mouthpiece: Pour 150℉-190℉ water into a flat-bottomed container. The water depth should be enough to immerse the mouthpiece while the handle remains outside the water. Soak the mouthpiece in water for 5-10 seconds and then take it out.
TIPS: The mouthpiece is very soft at this moment, so the immersion time should not be too long. It is best to make the mouthpiece soft and stretched when it is taken out, and slightly deformed.
3. Make the mouthpiece: Take out the mouthpiece, carefully and quickly put the mouthpiece on the gums, and continue to suck in step 1. Press the joint surface of the mouthpiece and the teeth with your fingers to make it thinner, and at the same time, press the mouthpiece and the inner surface of the teeth with the tip of the tongue.
TIPS: Be fast and be careful not to bite hard. The mouthpiece is a little hot, but it will not cause any harm.
4. Trim the tray: Press with your fingers for 10-15 seconds, then remove the tray and rinse with water. Cut off the excess material along the gum line (the line between the teeth and gums) printed on the tray with scissors, and then cut off the handle.
TIPS: Cut off the part above the gum line so that the gel only contacts the teeth to avoid irritating the gums.
5. Apply gel: Apply the gel evenly on the outer tooth surface of the tray. The amount of whitening gel used each time is 0.5-1mm thick. The whitening gel only needs to cover the entire outer tooth surface.
TIPS: Before applying the gel, please wipe the inside of the tray with soft paper to facilitate uniform coating.
