1. Smooth tool feed, workpiece pressed tightly, speed not too fast
2. Add water to the opening hole

Suitable speed:
1. According to the different materials and tool specifications, please choose the appropriate speed.
2. Please choose the lower speed when doing continuous cutting.
Caution:
1. Check the integrity of the hole drill before use.
2. Clamp the drill on all three sides of the shank when fitting it to the drill.
3. Keep the hole drill vertical to the workpiece when drilling.
4. Start drilling with a small feed and use a medium feed after positioning.
5. When drilling, the speed should not be too low to avoid chipping caused by a jammed cutting edge.
6. When drilling through the workpiece, the centre drill should not be used with too much force to avoid violent impacts between the cutting edge and the workpiece.
7. After drilling through the workpiece, the hole drill should be kept rotating to exit the workpiece.
8. When drilling continuously, use cutting fluid to cool the cutting edge.
